I’m Alicia R. Adams, M.Ed., the proud founder of this unique learning space where every child is seen, heard, and celebrated.

As an educator with over a decade of experience in Title I schools, I’ve had the privilege of working with brilliant, resilient students from all walks of life. I started Adams Academy because I believe every child deserves more than just access to education — they deserve a learning environment tailored to who they are.

Here at Adams Academy, we combine the structure of academic excellence with the freedom of individualized learning. Our goal is to nurture the whole child — helping them build confidence, curiosity, and the skills they need to succeed not just in school, but in life.
